Griddle or inverted large Dutch Oven lid

1 Multi-grain Loaf (as thick as possible)

6 Large Eggs

1 Stick Butter

Salt and Pepper

Cut loaf into thick slices and gently cut a hole in the center of each slice.

Place slab of butter on griddle.

Once butter has melted lay slices down then gently crack an egg into the center of each one.

Salt and pepper liberally.

Once bottom of slice has browned gently flip and repeat.

Serve with bacon, sausage or ham for a filling treat.
