My daughter has several nicknames. Everyone calls her Little Deuce, but she’s occasionally known as Snapperhead. I once gave her the following instructions: pick ingredients and make something. She dubbed her creation Snapperhead’s Surprise. Kids love this one because they can get creative with the crust and icing.

3 Cans Apple Pie Filling

2 Cans Cinnamon Rolls

Dump pie filling into DO.

Unroll cinnamon roll dough and lay across filling (the more intricate the patterns the better).

Bake with coals on bottom and top until crust is golden brown, usually about 30 minutes.

Remove lid and immediately drizzle cinnamon roll icing over top.
