10″ or 12″ Dutch Oven

Pizza Crust: Purchased from Store or Prepared

Picante Sauce

Shredded Cheese

Eggs (Two per Person)

1/2 to 1 Pound Breakfast Meat

Veggies if Desired (Onions and Peppers Make Excellent Additions)

Cook Breakfast Meat in Pan or On Inverted Dutch Oven Lid.

Scramble Eggs in Pan or On inverted Dutch Oven Lid.

Spray Dutch Oven liberally with Olive Oil cooking spray.

Spread crust into bottom of Dutch Oven.

Spread picante onto crust.

Sprinkle cheese over picante.

Evenly distribute scrambled eggs in clumps.

Evenly distribute meat and veggies.

Cover and bake with coals on top and bottom of Dutch Oven. Check after ten minutes. If additional cooking is required cook with coals on top only.
