10″ Dutch Oven
Pumpkin Pie Filling (for two pies, prepared in advance and refrigerated)
Streusel Topping (prepared in advance and refrigerated):
1 Cup Brown Sugar
1/2 Cup White Sugar
1 Cup Flour
3 t Cinnamon
1/4 t Salt
1/2 Cup Butter cut into small chunks
Mix dry ingredients in bowl then add butter chunks a few at a time until mixture resembles small crumbs.
Pour pie filling into DO.
Sprinkle streusel topping all over.
Bake with coals on bottom and top until filling sets and topping is golden brown, usually 30-45 minutes.
