10″ or 12″ Dutch Oven

Pizza Crust (Prepare Bisquick crust or purchase refrigerated)

Olive Oil Cooking Spray

Pizza Ingredients of Your Choice (It’s fun to let the kids help decide.)

Prepare crust. Spray bottom of Dutch Oven liberally with cooking spray and spread crust onto it. Or if you prefer, line the Dutch Oven with foil.

Spread sauce onto crust, add cheese and let the kids swoop in with toppings.

Transfer coals from fire onto ground and place DO on top then cover lid with coals. Carefully lift lid after fifteen minutes. If top of pizza is close to done replace lid, remove DO from bottom coals and allow pizza to continue cooking from top only until done.
